Bank access, proposals GA’22 & membership fee payment

Dear EGEAns,

We would like to share two announcement with you:

1. Firstly, we are happy to announce that we’ve successfully gone through all administrative processes to regain access to the bank account of EGEA after the treasurer’s resignation (see: https://egea.eu/my_egea_news/2022/05/resignation/). In the following weeks we will work on updating the financial administration. However, if you notice something asap requires our attention, please contact us! Also we thank everyone for their patience about banking related matters.
2. Secondly, we would like to hear whether you are considering creating a proposal for the General Assembly 2022 in Hungary. Proposal can be made about changes to the protocol, the appendices of the protocol, changes to other policy papers or anything else you wish the General Assembly to vote upon. If you have an idea for a proposal, we invite you to fill out this form before July 22^nd https://forms.gle/8eXny9vCRGvBuEj5A The open call for Proposals and Annual Congress ’23 Organizers will run between July 24^th and August 23^rd.
3. Tomorrow is the last day to pay the entity membership fee, check your email for more information. Text your Regional team or Micol at treasurer@egea.eu if any problem occurs with fulfilling the payment. Remember that paying membership fee is important to have the status of active entity!
