In spirit of this years Geography Awareness week EGEA Zagreb organizes orientation meeting for our newbies. During this meeting we try to present them what EGEA is, how it works and encourage them to join it and try going on some congresses as well as exchanges.
We think sharing our experiences is the best way to motivate people to travel more and that's why we organized Travel stories event where people who have been one recent exchanges present their journeys. After the presentation we had small a "Cultural fair" where we tried products from past exchanges with Finland, Germany and Serbia.

We were happy to host our neighbors from EGEA Novi Sad. We gave them one very extensive city tour of Zagreb including a visit to lake Jarun and 80's museum. During this exchange we also had a trip to nearby town of Samobor where we tried traditional cake called kremšnite and hiked.
