Fee Groups 2022

Below you can find the fee groups and maximum fees for the Annual Congress participation and membership fees. Please note that detailed information on the membership fee will be sent out to entities through email in the coming days.
Fee Groups
As the economic situation in the countries across our association varies widely and no one should be disadvantaged because of this in taking part in our activities. Therefore, there are four groups (A-D) according to which the membership fee and the AC participation fee are calculated annually by the Treasurer of EGEA. If you are interested to learn how this works in detail, please have a look at Appendix C of the Protocol.
The fee group boundaries for 2021/22 look as follows:

Annual Congress Fee
The maximum fee for participation in the Annual Congress is determined annually according to the Protocol, Appendix C. For 2022, the maximum fee is 180.00 EUR. Based on this, the following participation fees per group follow:

Membership Fee
The maximum membership fee is determined annually according to the Protocol, Appendix C. For 2022, the maximum fee is 20.81 EUR. Based on this, the following membership fees per group follow:

Membership fee has to be paid by July 5th 2022.
Furthermore, due to the horrific situation in their country, the Board of EGEA has decided to freeze the payment duties of the Ukrainian entities until the General Assembly, where the board will present an official proposal for this action.
