What is the task of the science-team?

The Science Team oversees the scientific work of EGEA. This is done by providing scientific guidelines and assistance to events within EGEA. The produced scientific output is furthermore collected and published by the Science Team. This is done in close collaboration with the European Geographer. The communication of scientific work from EGEA is enhanced through our Instagram channel, on which the weekly Fun-Fact-Friday posts are released. Another responsibility of the Science Team is to promote EGEA Theme Year (e.g., Agrifuture in 2024, Circular Economy in 2025).

Open Call for theme year 2027

Now is your chance to submit Theme-Year ideas for the Year 2027! A selection of suitable Theme-Year Topics will be presented at the AC where everyone can vote on their favorite Theme-Year. To access the link to access the google forms to submit a Theme-Year please log-in.
