Summer OSM by EGEA tartu & open call for topics & guests

Dear EGEA,

The board announces that the Summer Organization & Strategy Meeting SOSM) will be held by EGEA Tartu between 8-10 July. It’s the first live OSM since the winter OSM of 2019 to be held, so we are looking forward to productive sessions and teambuilding between officials.

The goal of an OSM is to improve EGEA as organization and to discuss dealing with current affairs. If you wish for a certain topic to be discussed, please email us on egea@egea.eu the proposed topic, motivation for the topic and responsible(s) for the session, before May 31st 23:59CEST!

The board (5), Regional Teams (4), Teams (10), Secretariat (1), Financial Control Commission (1), Advisory Board (1) and Congresses (5) all receive a fixed place. However, spots that won’t be taken will turn into guest spots! You can apply to join this event as a guest, by emailing us to egea@egea.eu before May 31st 23:59CEST! Include in the email:

• Personal info: Name, Entity, if applicable: Position, e-mail address
• Motivation to join SOSM? (max 100 words) (e.g. name some topics that you would like to discuss or explain to us what makes you motivated to come to the OSM) It’s not an exam, but we are curious to know a little background about your interest to come!

We will inform you about your spot latest June 3rd. Please keep the dates secure to be able to come, when we confirm your spot! If you need confirmation earlier, please let us know.
