[Open call] Guest spots for WOSM
Dear EGEAns,
The Winter Organization and Strategy Meeting is a biannual meeting where we discuss improvements in EGEA, future strategies for EGEA, get to know each other, discuss new projects etc. This year, the WOSM 2021 is taking place December 9th – December 11th, hosted by EGEA Ljubljana. All official positions receive fixed places for the real-life event, allocated as follows:

However, there will also be places for guests! These spots are open for every interested EGEAn that desires to join our discussions, meetings and activities during the WOSM. If you don’t have a fixed place, you can apply by sending an email to egea@egea.eu at the latest November 26thn 23:59. Include in the email:
- Personal info: Name, Entity, if applicable: Position, e-mail address
- Why are you interested to join the WOSM? (max 100 words) (e.g. name some topics that you would like to discuss or explain to us what makes you motivated to come to the OSM) It’s not an exam, but we are curious to know a little background about your interest to come!
We will inform you about your spot latest November 30th. Please keep the dates secure to be able to come, when we confirm your spot! If you need a confirmation earlier, please let us know.
We will also make sure to follow the OSM online, please e-mail us as well if you want to follow the OSM online latest November 26th.
