Accessible for user accounts defined as “subscriber“. Most personal user accountes have this role on the website.
Community event organisers have limited event editing options and no attendee registration system. Published events must always been reviewed for approval.
Accessible for user accounts with role “entities, bodies, authors and webadmins“.
Official EGEA body accounts have full event editing options.

Hint: If you don’t want to share private-/login codes on the public event page, then include a forum link in your description and share information in your topic for only registered EGEAns.
