GA21 Session 3: Voting session
25 September 2021 from 14:00 to 19:00 CEST
The third session of the 2021 General Assembly Meeting, is the voting session. Here, all entities are required to cast their vote on all of the discussed proposals. We are looking into several possibilities to have the voting go as smoothly as possible, but be aware a stable internet connection will be required from your end.
All entity representatives and guests have received information on how to join the meeting. The meeting will be livestreamed on our Facebook page. If you want to participate in the Zoom meeting and not follow through the live stream, you can request this to the Board via egea@egea.eu.
The Online Infopoint is at your disposal for a summary of important dates and times, all documents presented to the GA, and to ask questions to the presenters during the meeting.

13/9 18.00 – 20.00 CEST – GA Session II: Presentation of finances & AC
18/9 19.00 – 21.00 CEST – Proposal Café (unofficial discussion about proposals)
20/9 19.00 CEST – Deadline to apply for Financial Control Commission
20/9 19.00 – 22.00 CEST – Regional Meeting (joint for all regions, organised by the Regional Teams)
21/9 19.00 CEST – Deadline for Amendments and Counter Proposals
22/9 12.00 CEST – 24/9 12.00 CEST – Continuous voting
25/9 14.00 CEST – Deadline to apply for Annual Congress 2022 Organiser
25/9 14.00 – 18.00 CEST – GA Session III: Voting session
