The Board of EGEA is opening the Call for Applications for the Financial Control Commission 2026/2027.

The FCC plays a vital role in ensuring financial transparency, accountability and integrity within the Association. It supervises EGEA’s financial operations and supports the General Assembly in maintaining oversight over the Board, the Regional and Annual Congresses and the EGEA Support Fund.

The FCC is an official body of EGEA, composed of at least two individuals from different regions of the Association. Members of the FCC are appointed by the General Assembly and are nominated through Regional Meetings.

To be eligible to apply for the Financial Control Commission 2026/2027, candidates must:

  • Belong to a member entity of EGEA.
  • Not hold any of the following positions during the 2026/2027 working year:
    • Members of the Board of EGEA
    • Advisory Board members
    • Regional Contact Persons (RCPs)
    • Members of the Regional Congress organisational teams
    • Members of the Annual Congress Organisational team
    • Secretariat Coordinator

Additionally, individuals who held any of the following positions during the 2025/2026 working year are not eligible to apply:

  • Members of the Board
  • Regional Contact Person (RCP)
  • Member of the Annual Congress Organisational Team
  • Secretariat Coordinator

The call for applications is open until August 5th, 2026, 23:59 CEST.
