We’re happy to announce an event that is close to our hearts. Reality Check 2.0: A Journey Through Ukraine is coming in 2026! We invite you to experience Ukraine through its everyday rhythm — a life shaped by challenges, yet filled with bright moments of hope, resilience and light.
About the Event:
Reality check is a special event that shows everyday life in Ukraine during wartime. The journey is filled with a lot of contrasts, which creates an unforgettable experience for the participants.
During this event, you will:
- Face constant challenges of civilian Ukrainians and Ukrainian cities and discover ways of adaptation to this reality.
- Take part in volunteering activities and learn about culture of volunteerism, shaped in 2014 and 2022.
- Take part in city tours, of course. The event will take place in Lviv and Kyiv. Also, the program includes a guided visit to the city of Bucha, offering a deeper insight into the realities of occupation and the resilience of local communities. Together we will witness the consequences of russian aggression.

How to get to us?
- Plane: Oops, unfortunately you can’t travel to any of Ukrainian cities directly by plane 🙁
- Bus: You may use FlixBus or KLR bus for that.
- Train: If you want travel by train use Ukrzaliznytsia website or dowload their app.
- Trasfer from Lviv to Kyiv is provided by event organizers.
