Live meetings (Meeting your Team/Project in person)

Live meetings are one of the most essential parts in keeping a close-knit group. Throughout the year you will have at least 1-2 chances to be hosted by an entity
in order to Team/Project related activity. Generally, they last no more than a weekend, which is probably one of the times when most people would be able to go.

Tip: The earlier you start the better, don’t wait for 10 people to join, a meeting
can take place with less, also setting the time frame can be difficult, thus flexibility is
key.

Tip: Making an open call on the website group can be useful if you cannot find a
hosting entity by contacting entities directly.

Tip: You can ask one of your motivated members to ask in their entity if they
have the means to host you.
