Develop a working communication strategy

In the beginning of your term, establish a communication system. Whether it is via email, the EGEA webpage or social media platforms. Make it clear for the members where they can find all information and the latest updates. For an effective strategy, try to be proactive in the conversation, be kind and understanding, don’t be pushy, and make them feel part of a Team/Project.
