Main tasks for representatives

One of the first things to keep in mind when you start your year as a representative, is to check the mandates, those are the things which have to be achieved by the end of the year. Stay motivated, be visible, post regularly, write mails to the whole Team/Project for announcements, try to make the next steps clear, and remind your members of important tasks and deadlines. Remember, you are the contact between members, and different EGEA bodies (whether it is the BoE/RCPs/other Teams/Projects).
