TnT 2025 Open Call For Hosting Entity

We’re thrilled to announce that we as the Training Team are preparing the 2025 edition of Training New Trainers! In order to organise the event, we need an entity that’s willing to take care of the participants’ and trainers’ accommodation, food, and fundraising, with the help of the Training Team!

When? The first half of April 2025

Event duration: 6+1 days (the prehosting day “zero” dedicated only for the Trainers, who will set up a scientific program of the event)

What do we expect from your side?

Accommodation: for 12-16 participants (5 nights) and 4 trainers (6 nights, starting one night before the participants), overall around 20 spots

Training facilities: 2 separate rooms, each one with chairs, tables, screen projectors and whiteboards or flipcharts

Meals: (non-obligatory, but preferable), 2-3 a day, also available for the breaks: coffee, tea, other beverages and snacks

Budget and Fundraising: Participation fee from 100 euro to 170 euro (trainers are exempt from the fee, their expenses should be included in participants’ fee)

Excursions: one for the event, to a place of your choice (and with your guidance 🙂)

Evening programme: relaxing, tailored to the needs of participants

Spend a great deal of time with ambitious and knowledge-thirsty people!
