AC23 – Open call for Photographer and DJ

Dear EGEAns,

AC23 is looking for an official photographer and an official DJ for the annual congress.

We offer 

  • One fix spot for a photographer
  • One fix spot for a DJ

What will the duties of this position be?

Photographer

  • Taking part and taking photos at every event that will accrue during the AC, including:
  1. Opening and closing ceremony
  2. Newbie area
  3. Leisure activities
  4. GAs (Must not be an entity representative)
  5. Regional Meetings
  6. EGEA fair
  7. Evening programs
  • Coordinate with our AC orga team photographer

DJ

  • DJ Every evening program
  • Following the night theme 
  • Include participants songs given from the leisure team
