The EGEA Secretariat acts as the central administration office of EGEA. Since its foundation in 2006, the secretariat has been located at the University of Utrecht. Within the current organisation structure, the Secretariat operates as the headquarters through its office in Utrecht. Many operations related to the running of EGEA pass through the Secretariat. These tasks include: acting as the main contact point of the organisation, maintaining the EGEA archives, promotion materials and administrative work. In 2016 the Secretariat structure changed and since then the Secretariat Coordinator works together with a small team of motivated EGEAns from Utrecht.
Together we are the Secretariat Team and our main task is to support the Board of EGEA to the best of our ability.
