My date of birth: the 21st of August 1984
I spent my youth in: Appenzellerland – close to the border to Germany and Austria
I study: Geography in the 17 th semester, I’m finally done since Christmas 2013!
My first EGEA experience was: Chlaus-evening in December 2012
My favourite experience with EGEA: this Chlaus-evening where the WRC appeared in my life!
I’d like to get a postcard from: Santa Claus
My New Year Resolution for 2014: enjoy every second of the year. I’m curious what this year has in mind with me… and of course: enjoying a fantastic WRC!

I spent my youth in: Steffisburg, right next to Thun
I study: Environmental Geosciences at the University of Lausanne in the 10th (and last) semester (Geochemistry, Geomicrobiology, Arsenic Remediation)

My favourite place in Switzerland:
everywhere, where the river Aare flows through!
My first EGEA experience was: Cottage Weekend 3.0 (August 2011, Switzerland)
My favourite experience with EGEA: NBRC 2012 in Sig ulda, Latvia and the exchange with EGEA Timisoara in May 2013

My New Year Resolution for 2014: Finish my MSc, travel and enjoy life to its fullest!

My date of birth: 10th of January 1990
I spent my youth in: Biel/Bienne (~30km to the north of Bern)
I’m in the 2nd year of my Master degree in Geography (Sustainable Land Management, Political Geography, GIS, etc.).
My favourite place in Switzerland: The Lake of Biel/Bienne – I love to spend a nice summer afternoon cycling around the lake and then jump into its refreshing water before
meeting with friends for a BBQ on its shore.
My first EGEA experience was: unofficial: exchange with EGEA Wien in Bern, March 2011. official: WRC 2011 organised by Utrecht in April 2011.
My favourite experience with EGEA: Really tough question… I’ve had so many amazing experiences! Let’s say the Danube Delta Summer Camp (July 2011, Romania) for all the new discoveries and uniqueness of the place; the Cottage Weekend 3.0 (August 2011, Switzerland) for being the first event organised by the new generation of EGEA Bern and FINE (Autumn 2013, Vienna) for the group atmosphere and all the knowledge gained during the week.
I’d like to get a postcard from: My wish was to get a postcard from my brother who is travelling through South-eastern Asia, I got it for Christmas :-)
My New Year Resolution for 2014: To finish my studies by the end of the year!

My date of birth: the 30th of June 1987
I spent my youth in: a village near the city of Solothurn
I study: Geography in the Master and have specialised in Sustainable Land Management (SLM) in Ethiopia.
My favourite place in Switzerland: Aaah, difficult to say, there are so many nice places in Switzerland! But I like rural areas and mountains rather than cities and I prefer summer to winter!
My first EGEA experience: in Switzerland it was a barbecue in Bern in spring 2011. My first EGEA experience abroad was the exciting exchange to Koper in Slovenia in autumn 2011.
My favourite experience with EGEA: As I mentioned above: Koper was awesome! :-)
I’d like to get a postcard from: The most southern and most northern entity in EGEA! Or from anywhere…I love postcards! :-)

I study Geography: as a Dinosaur, I don’t study geography anymore
My favourite place in Switzerland: The Swiss mountains and lakes, as well in summer as in winter

My favourite experience with EGEA: The road trip from Bern to the “Newbie Weekend 2011” in Sayda (DE) with Camille, Marco and Jan! (“What the hell is going on in this car..?!” or “If you can’t fix it with duct tape, you haven’t used enough…”)
