What countries need Visa?
List of countries whose nationals, holders of simple travel documents, must be in possession of a Visa upon entry in the Romanian territory:
– Belarus;
– Georgia;
– Russia;

– Turkey;
– Ukraine.

List of countries whose nationals, owners of simple passports, are exempt from the requirement of a Romanian Visa:
passports– Albania;
– Bosnia and Herzegovina;
– Croatia;
– Israel;

Macedonia;
– Moldova;

– Montenegro;
– Serbia.

Required documents
For getting Visa you will need:
1. National passport
A valid passport for at least six months prior to the intended date of the departure from Romania.
2. Visa application
An application form is obtained from the Romanian Consulate and must be thoroughly completed in capital letters.

3. Three passport-size photographs
The photographs should be signed on the back, not more than a year old.
4. Invitation letter
We will send you the invitation letter and you can apply for visa free of charge. You have to communicate this to your Consulate or Embassy. Be careful, fill and send it with valid information.

Additional information
With all the documents above you can obtain your Visa from Romanian Embassy.
Prepare all the documents in time, at least one month before the congress.
