Training New Trainers, TNT for short, is an intense training event aiming at training EGEAns and members from partner organisations to become Junior Trainers. There will be max 16 participants, from EGEA and our partner organisations (EPSA, EMSA, and IFMSA). It is organised by EGEA Bucharest. Accommodation is provided in the Hotel Gaudeamus, and the trainings will be at the university, faculty of Sociology. The participant fee will be 105 euros, which includes meals and snacks, accommodation, and day- and night programme.
The entire event is fully in English. Over the 8 days of the event, there will be about 35 training hours. The topics you will be trained on are communication, feedback, group dynamics, training design, training methods, facilitation, adult learning (learning styles and personality types), activity management, and debriefing. After this event, you will get an EGEA Junior Trainer certificate, which means that you can deliver trainings within EGEA and at events of partner organisations.
