Hey all you lovely EGEA-People out there! Guys you are amazing. We already have over 50 registrations, so basically we are FULL. But of course you can still register and get a place on the waiting list. In case one of the people on the attendance list has to cancel, the first one on the waiting list gets a place. So don’t hesitate and continue register! We are looking so much forward to an unforgettable Newbie Weekend in Austria! Your Orga-TeamDescription:
We all start small in the beginning and so did we. To give back our experiences to new motivated young EGEAns we will organise a Newbie Weekend in the heart of Europe. So if you are into Austria, forests, some hiking and most of all meeting a lot of new friends, what could you do better than attending a Newbie weekend in the middle of November? EGEA Vienna is very happy to offer all this to the Newbies (and also those who are more experienced) from all over Europe! Get to know EGEA by trainings and presentations, go on excursions to the Austrian forests and the castle of Forchtenstein, and of course, enjoy an amazing evening programme a la EGEA!

please note that for those of you who arrive early on friday we offer a city tour 😉 for those who already arrive on thursday due to cheaper or better connections we can also provide some places and an evening programme, in that case please CONTACT US FIRST so that we can manage the hosting!!!
Very nice, how much? The fee depends on fundraising but in any case it will not more than 60€
How to get there?
Forchtenstein is located about 1 hour from Vienna by car but also by train. For those arriving by car we will offer you a detailed information how to get to the place. For the more eco-friendly amongst you we will offer to go together by train with one of our handsome organisers at 2 different times of the day (leaving at 1pm or 4pm). Otherwise it’s pretty easy as well: Hop on a train from the main station in Vienna which stops at “Wiener Neustadt” and Change there to a regional train to the direction of “Aspang”. After 5 minutes you arrive at “Lanzenkirchen” where we will pick you up 😉
